Description
The Procurement/Sourcing Specialist II supports supplier onboarding, governance, performance management, sourcing, RFx, contract and commercial discussions, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement for the Clinical Research Group. The role manages assigned supplier activities, maintains supplier data, monitors KPIs and service levels, prepares performance reports, and collaborates with Procurement, Quality, Legal, Information Security, Finance, and Operations. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of relevant procurement or supplier-management experience, supplier and ERP experience, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to travel approximately 25%.
