Capricorn is hiring a Supplier Account Support Specialist to provide ongoing support to suppliers through the CAPlink system, reconcile accounts, maintain supplier data, resolve enquiries, investigate credits, analyse reporting, prepare CSV files, and process invoices and credits in Epicor. The role requires accounting knowledge, intermediate Excel skills, call centre customer service experience, and preferably account reconciliation experience; it offers a hybrid arrangement with two days working from home.
