Description
HyperGuest is hiring an Account Manager- Supply to serve as the main contact for designated customers, manage customer relationships and sales performance, bring contracts between travel partners and hotels, resolve escalated customer service requests, and coordinate with internal departments. The role requires 3+ years of experience, preferably in travel or travel technology, hotel online distribution, or revenue management, along with sales support and marketing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, analytical ability, and knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
