Karat is hiring a Supply Acquisition Coordinator for its Interview Delivery team to build and maintain a high-quality network of interviewers. The role supports interviewer recruitment, sourcing, outreach, onboarding, pipeline management, AI-powered screening, stakeholder coordination, and reporting on supply acquisition metrics. It requires at least three years of experience in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a related field, along with applicant tracking and sourcing experience. The position is fully remote but limited to candidates residing in Mexico City and authorized to work in Mexico only; visa sponsorship is not provided.
