Description
The role is a manufacturing training and development specialist responsible for designing, developing, administering, and evaluating training programs for associates. Responsibilities include supporting site activities, leading essential elements of the E&T pillar, developing role-profiling and performance-based training, administering POKA, coordinating the site training plan, supporting audits and onboarding, and monitoring internal trainer effectiveness. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of manufacturing experience, training experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills; a bachelor's degree is preferred. The listed base pay range is USD 31.14–42.82 per month in Illinois.
