Description
Flex is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to support continuous improvement of supply chain processes through performance analysis, KPI monitoring, dashboard and reporting development, database and reporting-system optimization, and identification of improvement opportunities across planning, transportation, operations, and customer service. The role coordinates customer implementation projects, leads continuous improvement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, and translates data into actionable recommendations. The analyst reports to the Manager Control Tower and requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, international supply chain, logistics, or planning experience, and knowledge of ERP, MRP, WMS, or TMS systems.
