Hayleys is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to support strategic sourcing, supplier development, cost optimisation, spend analysis, procurement compliance, and Group Sourcing initiatives. The role involves market research, RFQ/RFP preparation, supplier evaluation, negotiations, performance monitoring, ERP and data analytics analysis, reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and may be fresh graduates or have up to two years of relevant experience; ERP, sourcing platforms, and data analytics familiarity are advantageous.
