Belstra Milling Company is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator for its DeMotte location to coordinate inventory control, fulfillment, and trailer and truck loading. The role involves scanning feed and ingredient inventory, stacking and loading pallets, handling inbound and outbound truck paperwork, performing safety checks and housekeeping, and working in a fast-paced production environment. A high school diploma or G.E.D., forklift experience, and basic iPad, communication, mathematical, and document-reading skills are required; previous feed manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred. The position requires physical work including lifting 60 pounds, climbing, working near moving mechanical parts, and exposure to varying weather and production conditions.
