Within the logistics department, this role focuses on operational excellence and continuous improvement under the Site Supply Chain Manager. The job involves supporting team leads in managing quality, safety, flows, and costs, including deviations, CAPAs, and change requests, while optimizing equipment availability and reliability, ensuring compliance with facility and equipment rules, participating in equipment malfunction analysis, industrial changes, technical directions for production equipment, and start-up projects for new productions or product transfers. The position requires a master’s degree in logistics or supply chain, prior experience improving supply chain processes, and project leadership experience.
