Description
An Operations leadership team member in Uruca will lead the implementation and sustainability of a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) improvement program across an assigned Supply Chain area. The role develops and trains personnel in continuous-improvement tools and methodologies, supports operational KPI sustainability, promotes standardization and best-practice sharing across Supply Chain, and may manage an operating budget of up to USD 5,000. An engineering background, advanced English, and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or related methodologies are required.
