Pauwels NV/SA is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator in Herent to lead and coach the local supply chain and logistics team, translate supply chain strategy into daily operations, optimize end-to-end processes, streamline S&OP, coordinate planning, sales, and production, and lead improvement initiatives. The role reports to the Supply Chain Director and requires at least five years of relevant coordinating or leadership experience, strong process and data skills, Excel knowledge, and professional Dutch and English communication.
