The Supply Chain Demand Planner develops demand forecasts using sales, marketing, inventory, and operational data to support production planning, material availability, and supply chain performance. The role analyzes market intelligence and demand trends, presents forecasting insights to stakeholders, monitors inventory and planning metrics, coordinates with operations, purchasing, logistics, suppliers, and other business partners, and supports supply chain initiatives. It is a hybrid position requiring two days in the office in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, and offers a compensation range of $43,500 to $56,500.
