Royal Canin is hiring a Supply Chain Development Coordinator CEE in Niepołomice to lead strategic and operational supply chain improvement initiatives across the Central and Eastern Europe network. The role covers the local Do It Best program, digital and process deployment, continuous improvement, sustainability, supplier transitions, procurement support, and quality management system readiness. It requires experience in end-to-end supply chain or logistics, strong project management and analytical skills, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI proficiency, stakeholder management, English fluency, and willingness to travel across the CEE region and occasionally within Europe. The position offers up to 50% hybrid work and includes a contract of employment, bonuses, medical care, and other benefits.
