Description
Destinus is hiring a Supply Chain Engineer to lead supplier industrialisation from prototype through serial production for aerospace and defence hardware. The role assesses manufacturing methods, supplier capability and capacity, design-for-manufacture and value-engineering opportunities, tooling, tolerances, first-article inspections, process validation, and production ramp-up. The engineer will work across Engineering, Production, Quality and Procurement to resolve manufacturing constraints and improve supplier performance, requiring an engineering degree, at least five years of relevant manufacturing or supplier-industrialisation experience, and strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes.
