Description

Clorox is hiring a senior Supply Chain Leader to own end-to-end supply chain operations for the CCAM Cluster, covering Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Panama, and Caricom. Based in Bogota, Colombia with a hybrid arrangement, the role partners with cluster and regional leadership to improve operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, integrate planning and execution, lead digital transformation, and govern innovation and cost-saving initiatives across manufacturing, procurement, planning, and logistics.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience across manufacturing, procurement, planning, and logistics
Experience managing countries across a multinational cluster
Experience leading end-to-end supply chains in consumer packaged goods or fast-moving consumer goods
Preferred Qualifications: Experience driving digital transformation and deploying supply chain technologies
Ability to attract, develop, and retain diverse high-performing teams
Ability to advise and influence commercial leadership
Supply chain risk identification and mitigation
Strong business acumen and competitive insight
