Description
The Supply Chain Leader for the Outplant Department leads non-exempt salaried employees and coordinates outsourced aerospace manufacturing activities, including machining, heat treating, coating, inspection, and secondary processing. The role manages supplier performance, production scheduling, logistics, quality compliance, continuous improvement, and operational problem solving while serving as the primary interface between the plant and external manufacturing partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field, at least one year of leadership experience, and at least three years of supply chain experience; visa sponsorship is not available.
