Description
O-I is hiring a Supply Chain (Logistics) Intern to assist with business processes and projects across buying and expediting, invoice resolution, market intelligence, spend analysis, master data, inventory tracking, procurement, freight tendering, transportation spend analysis, and other supply chain areas. The intern will learn plant procurement, freight tendering, data analysis, inventory tracking, and production order management, may lead smaller projects, and report to the Logistics Analyst. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong analytical and communication skills, and authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis; O-I does not sponsor working visas for internships.
