Description
O-I is hiring a Supply Chain (Logistics) Intern to assist with business processes and projects across buying and expediting, invoice resolution, market intelligence, spend analysis, master data, inventory tracking, procurement, freight tendering, transportation spend analysis, and other supply chain areas. The intern will learn plant procurement, freight tendering, data analysis, inventory tracking, and production order management, lead smaller projects, create and maintain supply chain KPIs, and perform ad hoc analyses. The role reports to the Logistics Analyst and requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong analytical and communication skills, and authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
