Description
BAE Systems is hiring a Supply Chain Manager in Barrow-in-Furness to lead a high-performing team within Strategic Outsourcing, supporting strategic manufacturing and jigs for the Dreadnought defence programme. The role manages supplier agreements and performance, leads tenders and contract updates, optimizes costs, reviews procurement KPIs, and provides team leadership and coaching. It is primarily onsite two to three days per week with hybrid and flexible arrangements, and requires monthly UK travel.
