Description
Assala Gabon is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead its end-to-end supply chain organisation from Port-Gentil, Gabon. Reporting to the Managing Director and Group Supply Chain Manager, the role owns contracts and procurement, logistics, materials management, customs and transit, real estate, and business services; leads multidisciplinary teams; manages complex local, multi-site and international contracts and suppliers; and drives safety, compliance, cost efficiency and operational performance. The position is residential with regular travel to operational sites across Gabon and requires more than 15 years of management experience in supply chain or a closely related operational environment, including substantial end-to-end leadership in an asset-intensive, safety-critical industry.
