TAT Technologies is hiring a hands-on Supply Chain Manager for its Greensboro aerospace MRO site. The role manages daily supply chain and inventory operations, including procurement, purchase orders, supplier engagement, material expediting, shortage tracking, cross-functional coordination, and supply chain metrics. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of aerospace supply chain experience in an MRO, heavy maintenance, or aerospace manufacturing setting, knowledge of AS9100 and airworthiness documentation, proficiency with MRO/ERP systems such as Quantum Control, strong analytical and prioritization skills, leadership ability, and ITAR background check compliance.
