Aehr Test Systems is hiring a mid-level Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, planning, warehouse operations, supplier management, and contract manufacturing activities for semiconductor equipment manufacturing. The role manages complex PCBAs and electronic components, supplier negotiations, inventory and demand planning, supply continuity, risk mitigation, cost reduction, and cross-functional supply chain readiness. It is primarily office-based with regular manufacturing-floor interaction and occasional travel, and offers a $140,000–$160,000 annual base salary plus medical and dental coverage, equity participation, and a 401(k).
