Reporting to the Site Manager and leading a team of seven, the role owns inventory, despatch, freight, customer delivery, and operational excellence, while partnering with manufacturing, planning, sales, customer service, and distribution operations. The position requires supply chain, inventory, distribution or warehouse leadership experience, ERP and advanced Excel skills, freight and transport performance management, and a continuous improvement mindset.
