IRCA Group is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage North American supply chain operations. The role owns the regional supply chain strategy, S&OP, inventory, capacity, logistics, warehousing, import/export, distribution, KPIs, transformation initiatives, supplier and TPM relationships, and supply chain readiness for new products and acquisitions. It requires 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, strong knowledge of planning, procurement, ERP systems, financial management, and analytical skills, along with a bachelor's degree and willingness to travel 20–25% across North America.
