Description
OLIPOP is hiring a Supply Chain Manager, Customization to report to the Director of Contract Manufacturing. The role manages contract negotiations and relationships with manufacturers and packaging vendors, oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, resolves production, quality, warehousing, and transportation issues, leads performance reviews and KPI tracking, supports new-product innovation and launches, and drives process improvement. The position requires 5–10 years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods or beverage, and offers a base salary of $105,000–$120,000 plus bonus; the role may be fully remote and may require up to 50% travel.
