Supply Chain Network Optimization at Shell

Shell is hiring an experienced Supply Chain Network Optimization Analyst to support Lubricants Americas’ supply chain optimization and projects organization. The role analyzes data across procurement, production, and route-to-market activities; develops optimization strategies; uses Coupa Soft and other tools for scenario analysis; monitors KPIs; and supports analysts and team members. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least six years of supply chain optimization experience, proficiency in supply chain modeling and data analysis tools, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. It is based in India, involves night shifts aligned with US calendar hours, and offers flexible working hours and the possibility of remote or mobile work.
