Nature’s Way is hiring a Supply Chain Operational Excellence Manager in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area under a hybrid work model. The role leads Supply Chain Center of Excellence capabilities including supplier performance, sustainability, analytics, continuous improvement, and project execution; manages and develops a growing team; drives cross-functional initiatives, cost optimization, KPI reporting, supplier risk management, and supply-chain readiness for innovation and product launches. A bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of supply chain or project management experience are required, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools, and project management software. The position does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
