Description
The Operations Associate will support a fast-growing DTC beauty and wellness brand by maintaining EOH and sell-through updates, monitoring inventory and reorder risks, supporting forecasts and SKU setup, tracking order ETAs, managing supplier and PO communications, coordinating freight and domestic carriers, handling invoices, and improving SOPs. The role requires at least two years of supply chain, inventory, or data-heavy operations experience, supplier and logistics coordination, proficiency with project-management and ERP/WMS tools, advanced spreadsheet skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities. It is a long-term remote position with USD salary.
