Description
Evonik is seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to oversee and manage all aspects of supply chain operations, including order fulfillment, logistics coordination, inventory management, transportation cost control, and accounts receivable follow-up. The successful candidate will collaborate with various internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and Operations to align efforts and optimize the order-to-cash process. They will also coordinate with the regional Customer Service team for exceptional handling, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Additionally, the role involves defining and improving standard operating procedures, managing third-party logistics and transportation providers, leading and supporting the Customer Service team, and fostering a positive work environment.
