Ryder is immediately hiring a Supply Chain Operations Associate for its Lake Orion, Michigan team. The role supports specialized supply chain operations, communicates operational goals, troubleshoots processes, makes location-level decisions, supports training and employee relations, and may float across shifts. The position pays $48,000–$50,000 annually plus benefits and paid time off, requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of logistics, warehouse, or industry-related experience, and prefers prior supervisory experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., with willingness to work the second shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
