Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum of 2 years-related work experience
Preferred Qualifications: Conducts advanced analytics and scenario-based outcome assessments to inform business operations regarding Total Cost of Ownership impacts.
Optimizes product and service expense and pricing, generating value opportunities via supply market analysis, value analysis, benchmarking, and utilization assessment.
Evaluates contractual agreements, proposals, and negotiates commercial terms, considering business risk and guideline adherence.
Monitors post-contract execution expenses to ensure category/compliance, implementing a semi-annual pipeline of savings opportunities through renegotiation, RFQ/RFP, spend consolidation, customer assistance with non-savings procurement, and adopting best-in-class technology for contract/e-sourcing management.
Performs in-depth analysis on requests to ensure accurate and thorough financial comparisons, enabling comprehensive value-based decisions.
Facilitates Value Analysis meetings.
Develops complex bid solicitations, proposal reviews, and vendor negotiations to optimize contractual terms, particularly pricing.
Ensures all bidding activities are conducted in an open, fair, and transparent procurement process (including RFI, RFP, etc.), delivering best value with integrity and meeting ethical standards.
Identifies and manages relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, team members, and vendors according to a segmented supply strategy, building a supplier performance management process.
Adheres to disciplined application of standard work, including SOPs and tools, to achieve objectives and deliverables within defined timelines and budgets.
