Description
The Supply Chain Performance Analyst monitors and analyzes end-to-end supply chain performance, identifies disruptions and capacity issues, supports S&OP/IBP processes, challenges forecasts and supply plans, optimizes inventory and service levels, develops KPI dashboards, and translates insights into management advice. The role also manages planning parameters in Slim4 and SAP S/4HANA and collaborates with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations. It requires at least three years of relevant experience, S&OP/IBP, forecasting, inventory, Excel, Power BI, and ERP experience, along with Dutch and English proficiency and availability for 32–40 hours per week.
