Pharcona GmbH is hiring a full-time Supply Chain Planner to serve as the interface between Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, and Production. The role analyzes sales trends and seasonal demand, prepares demand and sales forecasts, plans and controls warehouse inventories, coordinates production quantities, supports purchasing and capacity planning, and continuously optimizes planning processes. Candidates should have commercial or technical training, analytical and communication skills, strong Excel and MS Office proficiency, and very good German and English; prior supply chain or production planning experience is advantageous, while ERP experience is desirable.
