Infinitum is hiring an onsite Supply Chain Program Manager - Impact & Implementation in North Austin, Texas, reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain. The role leads cross-functional implementation of major supply chain changes across manufacturing and supplier networks, including supplier transitions, BOM and engineering changes, product redesigns, material changes, cost-reduction initiatives, manufacturing transfers, and new product introductions. Responsibilities include integrated planning, milestone and risk management, readiness and go/no-go reviews, supplier qualification, inventory and liability management, stakeholder escalation, and stabilization through closure. Candidates need 7–10+ years of progressive supply chain or manufacturing experience, strong program-management and manufacturing supply-chain knowledge, ERP/MRP and BOM-data experience, advanced Excel, and willingness to travel 15–25%.
