Description
The Supply Chain Specialist plans and coordinates material flow, inventory, supplier relationships, sourcing, and logistics for manufacturing and distribution. The role supports production needs, maintains accurate inventory, controls costs, mitigates supply chain risks, collaborates with purchasing, warehousing, and manufacturing teams, and provides backup to the Supply Chain Manager. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–3 years of relevant experience are preferred, along with experience using MRP systems and inventory management. The position offers health, dental, life, and vision insurance, PTO, a 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, and a salary of $60,000 to $70,000.
