The Subcontract Program Manager will manage subcontractor teams and critical subcontracted systems for F-35 and L3 Harris programs, overseeing costs, quality, schedule, financial, technical performance, sourcing, risk management, negotiations, and contract closeout. The role leads cross-functional teams and serves as the primary subcontractor and program management office contact, with the position based in Fort Worth despite supporting L3 Harris in Palm Bay, Florida. A bachelor's degree is required, while supply chain or program management, FAR/DFAR, executive presentation, and communication experience are desired.
