Lockheed Martin UK is hiring a Supply Chain Subcontract Programme Manager to manage a portfolio of major subcontracts for domestic and international defence programmes. The role covers supplier and stakeholder relationships, subcontract administration, contract awarding, subcontractor selection, team leadership, risk and opportunity management, and delivery of cost, schedule, and technical performance. It is based at the Advanced Manufacturing Facility in Ampthill, Bedfordshire, with a four-day Monday-to-Thursday working pattern and hybrid working on Wednesday and Thursday. The candidate must achieve the appropriate security clearance and have proven defence programme management experience.
