Description
The Supply Chain Supervisor oversees and coordinates departmental activities in a logistics or distribution environment, ensuring operational efficiency, SOP compliance, inventory integrity, KPI achievement, health and safety, and continuous improvement. The role manages attendance, PPE, training, overtime, staff feedback, and daily planning with the Shift Manager, while leading a team of approximately 10 employees. Minimum requirements include six months of experience in the relevant department, Grade 12, and beginner-level Microsoft Office skills.
