Description
The Supply Chain Team Lead supports the Director of Procurement by managing a team of Supply Chain Coordinators across multiple business units and locations. The role oversees supplier collaboration, ERP updates, customer responsiveness, team performance, onboarding, training, escalations, corrective actions, stakeholder relationships, process improvements, and select operational responsibilities. Candidates need an associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field, at least five years of procurement or supply chain operations experience, and strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and ERP skills; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is strongly preferred.
