Description
The Warehouse Trainer administers on-the-job, classroom, material-handling-equipment, and safety training for new and existing warehouse associates, collaborates with leadership on training programs, updates training materials, tracks training effectiveness, and investigates training-related operational issues. The role also supports warehouse functions as needed, requires basic computer and WMS skills, forklift and other MHE certification, physical warehouse work, and flexibility to train on various shifts.
