Oracle is hiring a Principal Demand Planner to develop and maintain long-range demand planning models across customer, initiative, SKU, and geographic levels. The role partners with engineering, product, customer management, networking, data center, finance, supply chain, and business intelligence teams; analyzes demand data and risks; supports S&OP; and translates forecasting insights into executive recommendations and resource planning. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least five years of demand planning and forecasting experience, advanced Excel modeling and analytics skills, and experience with server, storage, networking, and infrastructure hardware. The role offers a US hiring range of $102,300 to $209,500 per year, with possible bonus and equity, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
