The role oversees maintenance planning and plan-compliance, including qualified personnel assignment, resource planning, execution times, and feedback; supports autonomous maintenance through training and technical development; and monitors third-party work against technical specifications. Candidates should be advanced students or graduates in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or Foreign Trade, have 1 to 2 years of similar experience, and possess advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI knowledge are preferred.
