Freenow is hiring a Supply Operations Lead in Barcelona to oversee central supply operations across European markets, with a focus on funnel management, driver acquisition and retention, driver experience, engagement, communication, training, and support initiatives. The role owns supply-related KPIs, translates global strategies into regional plans, coordinates local and central teams, and uses data and metrics to drive operational decisions. Candidates need six years of operations, strategy consulting, or business operations experience, preferably in marketplace or mobility, along with experience scaling operations, process design, cross-functional project management, and data analysis.
