Description
The Support Analyst will support the development, administration, and continuous improvement of digital platforms and data systems, including SharePoint Online, Aconex, Power BI, and related Microsoft 365 services. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting data collection and analysis, automating data processes, maintaining document repositories, creating training materials, troubleshooting, and coordinating cross-functional projects. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, SharePoint and data-automation expertise, scripting knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills.
