Disguise is hiring a full-time Support and Community Specialist for its Nashville hub at Rock Nashville. The role combines frontline software and hardware support for touring production users, ownership of high-priority customer cases, preparation of demo systems, and community relationship building with video crews, screen programmers, production designers, local vendors, and industry partners. The specialist will also deliver training, workshops, user meetups, and represent Disguise at local events, with a four-days-per-week office schedule, occasional travel, and flexibility for rehearsal-related hours and weekends. The position requires strong Disguise Designer programming and in-venue support experience, large-scale touring production experience, video engineering knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to building the Nashville production community. The basic salary range for U.S.-based candidates is $100,000–$120,000 USD.
