Description

World Relief Western Washington is hiring a Support and Integration Caseworker to provide strengths-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed case management to refugees and immigrants. The role assesses needs, develops service plans, coordinates referrals, supports access to housing, employment, healthcare, education, and other resources, and serves as a cultural liaison. It includes intake, participant check-ins, community partnerships, reporting, and program improvement activities. The position follows a hybrid schedule of four onsite days and one work-from-home day, requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and seeks candidates with cross-cultural experience; bilingual Spanish/Dari ability and experience with refugee, immigrant, or non-native English-speaking populations are preferred.
