Inetum is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide on-demand technical support for bank branches and ATMs, diagnose and repair computers, printers, peripherals, and backup equipment, resolve tickets, document failures, and install operating-system images. The role requires a degree in IT engineering, systems, electronics, or a related field, experience with technical support and infrastructure, and knowledge of operating systems, structured cabling, and cable testing. The schedule is Monday through Sunday, eight hours per day, with one day off, and rotating shifts are available.
