Inetum is hiring an IT Support Specialist to diagnose, repair, and support computer equipment, printers, scanners, peripherals, operating systems, and backup equipment for bank branches and ATMs. The role includes resolving tickets, documenting solutions, installing and configuring systems, testing nodes, running structured cabling, and reporting attendance and expenses. It requires a bachelor's degree in IT engineering, Systems, Electronics, or a related field, experience with technical support and infrastructure, and knowledge of operating systems, ATMs, and cabling. The schedule is Monday to Sunday, eight hours per day, with one day off, and rotating shifts are available.
