Kalmar Municipality is hiring three Support Assistants for its group homes and service residences. The role supports people with disabilities, neurodevelopmental and intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, and psychiatric diagnoses through daily living, personal care, leisure, social contact, and professional behavior management. The position offers day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts under annualized working hours, with full-time employment as the standard. Applicants need relevant social work, education, or behavioral science training; strong Swedish communication skills; a Category B driving licence; and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
