Nytida is hiring Support Assistants for the Lyckan short-term residential home in Täby kyrkby. The role supports children and young people aged 6–21 with autism and intellectual disabilities, including personal care, activities, documentation, and planning. The work follows a four-week rotating schedule with day and evening shifts, sleep-in on-call duty, and varying working hours. Positions are available at 50% to 90% employment, with permanent employment and a six-month probationary period; training and benefits are provided. Applicants need an upper-secondary education in health and social care or an equivalent qualification, good computer and documentation skills, and good spoken and written Swedish; experience with the target group is an advantage.
